RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds will be issued via original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event you need to exchange something we recommend placing a new order for the item(s) you desire (while waiting for return to be processed). This is to ensure that your exchange item is in stock, as we carry limited stock for most items!
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can work to amend the issue for you.
